Q: Are you the author of the scripts on this site?
A: We are not the creator of any of the PHP scripts listed on this site and are simply a reseller.
Q: Why are these scripts so cheap compared to other sites?
A: We have built this site around providing simple and functional php scripts to you the consumer at the lowest price possible. We are a php script reseller and deal in volume, therefore we can pass the savings on to you.
Q: How do I buy the PHP scripts that are listed?
A: Click on the ‘Add To Cart’ button for the script(s) that you are interested in then click the checkout button after viewing your cart (the button in the upper right corner of the site). If you want to add multiple scripts just continue shopping and you can slick the ’View Cart’ button in the upper right portion of the site to checkout. You will be taken to a secure payment page where you finalize your order and make payment.
Q: Are your scripts virus/malware free?
We have scanned all of the software that is sold on this site with multiple virus and malware scanners to insure that they are virus free. We cannot guarantee anything that happens with the script after you install it on your server however.
Q. Is shopping on this site secure?
A. Yes. We use a third party vendor to process payments and deliver your php scripts instantly and securely.
Q. What forms of payment can I use to buy these scripts?
A. We currently accept Paypal and you can also pay with a credit card via paypal if you don’t have an account. On the checkout page you will need to enter all of your buyer information and select Paypal as the payment type. Click the box to authorize the charge and then click the checkout with paypal button. From there you will be taken to paypal where you can pay with paypal, or a credit card if you do not have a paypal account.
Q: Once I make a purchase how do I get the scripts?
A: Once your payment is complete and the order is sent your scripts will be delivered via email immediately.
Q: I placed an order but my download details never showed up?
A: The confirmation e-mail possibly ended up in your spam box or there was another problem sending. Contact us with your order details and we will correct the problem as soon as possible.
Q: Do the PHP scripts on this site come with installation instructions?
A: The scripts do come with basic instructions on how to install the scripts on your server.
Q: What kind of server do I need to run these scripts?
A: In general you need PHP4 or higher and the ability to create a mySQL database. If special requirements are needed they will be listed with the script. Your webhost should be able to help you with installing a database if necessary.
Q: Do you offer support for the scripts after I make a purchase?
A: We do not offer support of any kind for the scripts that are listed. We are not the author of these scripts and will not be able to provide support. Most scripts should come with easy to follow instructions to help with any questions or problems you have with installation. You should have experience installing and working with PHP scripts before purchasing from this site to avoid problems.
Q: Do you offer refunds for software that is purchased on this site?
A: Due to the nature of these products, which are digital downloads, and since are prices are so low to begin with, we do not offer refunds after you make a purchase except in situations where the download or software is found to be faulty by us. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for most situations. If you have questions about compatibility or any of the scripts before ordering please be sure to contact us with any questions that you might have to alleviate potential problems.
